ToolNest is designed to process as much as practical in the browser. Exact storage and analytics behavior depends on the services enabled in production.

Files

Browser-side tools can process files locally and do not need to upload them to ToolNest. Server-side features added later will disclose their processing, retention and deletion practices before use.

Analytics

Analytics may be added after launch to understand traffic and tool usage. Production configuration should document the provider, cookies and retention period.

Payments

Payment providers may process billing information when paid products are enabled. ToolNest should not store full card details on its own servers.
